**NEW AWARD - Rick Young Business & Community Impact Award: Rick Young was more than a successful business owner — he was a leader, a mentor, and a champion for his community. He believed that strong businesses and strong communities go hand in hand, and he lived that belief every day.
The Rick Young Business & Community Impact Award is given to a business leader who shares that same passion: someone who not only runs a successful business, but also makes a real difference in the lives of others. This award is about more than business success — it’s about leadership, generosity, and leaving a legacy that uplifts an entire community.
