Thousands of volunteer hours, plus the work of elected officials and paid staff members, give Elk Rapids residents and visitors everything they need to feel welcome, safe and secure. Evidence of community pride is everywhere, but the beautiful gardens created and nurtured by the garden club are the most obvious.
